Job Description

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to promote business loan products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • EligibilityMinimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in business loans, personal loans, or financial products.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
