Job Description
- We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
