Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up tables and ensure the restaurant is ready for service.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
  • Assist captains and service staff during daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Clear tables and reset them promptly after guest departure.
  • Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Attend to guest requests and provide courteous service.
  • Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors.
