Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our healthcare organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle cash, bank, and general ledger entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Handle patient billing and hospital-related financial transactions.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain vendor accounts and process vendor payments.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
