Job Responsibilities

  • Sales invoicing and purchase bill entries
  • Customer and supplier ledger maintenance
  • GST documentation and coordination with CA
  • Customer outstanding-payment follow-ups
  • Bank reconciliation and daily expense tracking
  • Maintaining purchase orders and Excel reports
  • General office administration

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Tally and GST knowledge
  • Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred
