Job Description

Responsible for driving business growth through the agency channel by recruiting, onboarding, developing, and managing insurance advisors/agents while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors to strengthen the agency distribution network.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing advisors and improve their productivity.

Drive business through advisors by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct regular advisor meetings, field visits, training sessions, and performance reviews.
