We are a growing research analytics firm looking for a talented and versatile Developer to spearhead the creation, maintenance, and scaling of our mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web platforms. If you enjoy building robust digital products from the ground up and managing full-stack infrastructure, this role is for you.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our existing and upcoming mobile app and web application, ensuring high performance, seamless user experience, and secure deployment across app stores. Alongside core development, you will oversee day-to-day IT administration, website maintenance, and server management to keep our technical ecosystem running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• App & Web Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) and web applications.
• Feature Upgradation & Maintenance: Continuously add new features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and apply security patches to existing digital assets.
• App Store Management: Handle app store deployments, updates, compliance, and configurations on Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
• IT & Infrastructure Management: Manage domain, hosting, cPanel, server management, backups, Google Workspace, and internal IT assets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and research teams to integrate analytical tools, data feeds, and marketing updates.
• Security & Reliability: Ensure high availability, speed, and data confidentiality across all web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Support: Provide quick troubleshooting and technical support for internal operations when needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in mobile app development (cross-platform frameworks preferred) and full-stack web development.
• Core Technical Skills:
• Mobile: Flutter or React Native (mandatory for Android & iOS app development).
• Web/Backend: JavaScript, React / HTML / CSS, PHP, Node.js, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with APIs, hosting, server management, cPanel, and cloud environments.
• Publishing Experience: Prior hands-on experience publishing and managing apps on the Google Play Console and Apple App Store.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period are preferred.

Education

• BCA, MCA, B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant technical field.
