Area Sales Manager (B2B) HORECA

Job description

S G Ventures is looking for a sales professional to grow our coffee and tea business across hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, and institutional customers in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers through market visits, prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Develop relationships with owners, purchase managers, chefs, and beverage teams.
• Conduct product presentations, arrange sampling, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into regular orders.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales, customer acquisition, and collection targets.
• Manage existing accounts, encourage repeat purchases, and identify opportunities to increase order volumes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer concerns.
• Track competitor activity, market pricing, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and a healthy prospect pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in HoReCa, foodservice, FMCG, beverages, coffee, or tea sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of Bengalurus HoReCa market and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to work independently, manage collections, and deliver consistent results.
• Kannada and English communication skills preferred.

Compensation

Salary based on experience, plus performance incentives linked to an agreed sales matrix.
