Assistant Manager / Manager - Media Sales

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Media Sales to drive new business and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hunting new opportunities, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and understands the growing influence of creators and celebrities in modern marketing. You will work closely with our Talent, Campaigns, and Client Success teams to create impactful brand collaborations and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Partnerships & Sales

• Target Ownership: Own and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• New Business Acquisition: Drive growth by building strong relationships with brands, media agencies, and key marketing decision-makers.
• Campaign Identification: Identify opportunities for creator-led and celebrity-led campaigns across diverse industries.
• Account Management: Grow and manage key client accounts while nurturing long-term strategic partnerships.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored partnership proposals aligned directly with client objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Management and Campaign teams to ensure seamless execution and campaign delivery.
• Client Retention: Maintain strong ongoing client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term engagements.

2. Sales Operations

• Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
• Lifecycle Tracking: Track opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closure.
• Execution Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
• Commercial Closures: Follow up on contracts, invoices, and collections to maintain a healthy revenue flow.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Media Agency Sales, Influencer Marketing, or Advertising Sales.
• Industry Track Record: Proven experience working directly with brands and media agencies.
• Network: A strong, existing network within the marketing, advertising, or creator ecosystem.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Drive: Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in owning revenue goals.
