Baker

We need a reliable and skilled Baker to prepare high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods. You will follow recipes, manage baking times, and keep the kitchen clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and Mix: Accurately weigh and mix ingredients like flour, sugar, and yeast to prepare doughs and batters.
• Shape and Bake: Knead, roll, shape, and bake breads, rolls, cookies, and pastries. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
• Decorate: Apply icings, glazes, and toppings to finished goods.
• Sanitation: Clean and maintain all baking equipment, tools, and workstations. Follow strict food safety and hygiene rules.
• Inventory: Check stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies run low

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience working as a baker or completion of a culinary/vocational program.
• Knowledge: Understanding of baking techniques, ingredient functions, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, work in warm environments.
• Schedule: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
