Job Description – Beauty Telecaller

Position: Beauty Telecaller

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Process: Outbound Voice Process

CTC: Up to ₹45,000/month

Languages: Hindi & English – Mandatory

Gender: Female

Age: 19–32 years

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and potential customers regarding beauty and personal-care products/services.
• Explain products, services, offers, packages, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert interested customers into sales/appointments.
• Follow up with existing leads and customers through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty products/services.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM/system.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for successful lead closure.
• Maintain a positive and professional communication style on every call.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of telecalling/voice process experience; experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetics, salon, or related industries is preferred.
• Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales-oriented conversations.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Female candidates aged 19–32 years.
• CompensationCTC: Up to ₹45,000, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• Incentives may be provided based on performance, as applicable.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate with prior experience in telecalling, outbound voice process, beauty/wellness, cosmetics, salon, or customer engagement who is confident speaking with customers and achieving conversion targets.
