Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


* Prepare client RA bills and final bills for MS/structural fabrication works.

* Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site.

* Verify executed quantities with site measurements.

* Prepare BOQ, rate analysis and quantity statements.

* Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants and PMCs for billing approvals.

* Track work orders, amendments and additional works.

* Prepare subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities.

* Maintain billing records and supporting documents.


Requirements:


* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

* 2–5 years of experience in construction, structural steel or fabrication billing.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel.

* Ability to read engineering/structural drawings.

* Knowledge of BOQ, measurements and RA billing.

* Experience with construction/fabrication projects preferred.
