Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Job Type: On-Roll | Full-Time | Field Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new merchants for PhonePe services.
Visit shops, retail outlets and businesses in the assigned territory.
Explain PhonePe products, QR code services and other business solutions to merchants.
Generate leads and convert potential merchants into active customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
Ensure successful merchant onboarding and QR code deployment.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Resolve basic merchant queries and provide necessary support.
Submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 2nd PUC / ITI / Diploma / Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Willingness to work in the field.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹23,500
Petrol Allowance: ₹4,200
Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000.
Working Details:
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location: Bangalore – Peenya, Jalahalli, Laggere, Rajajinagar, Sunkadakatte and nearby areas.
