Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
  • Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their property rental and leasing needs.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  1. Sales Process Management:
  • Conduct property showings and presentations to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and assist in closing deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and property management services.
  1. Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales updates and performance reports for management review.
