Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Call Centre Agents. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and call details.

Follow defined processes, scripts, and customer service guidelines.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Meet defined productivity, quality, and call-handling targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.

Maintain professional communication and demonstrate patience while handling customers.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good verbal communication skills. (Fluency in Hindi & English)

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.

Willingness to work from office and in rotational shifts, if required.
