Job Description

K.P.N. Associates is a professional property valuation consultancy empanelled with leading banks and housing finance institutions. We specialize in valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties for loan and mortgage purposes.


Job Responsibilities

Female Civil Engineers (Office-Based)

  • Prepare property valuation reports.
  • Verify property documents and technical details.
  • Coordinate with banks, housing finance institutions, and field engineers.
  • Maintain valuation records and MIS.
  • Prepare and submit reports within the required timelines.

Male Civil Engineers (Field-Based)

  • Conduct property inspections and site visits.
  • Verify property dimensions, construction details, and site conditions.
  • Take site photographs and collect required information.
  • Coordinate with the office team for report preparation.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned inspections.
  • Own two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits, petrol allowance will be provided.
