Job Description
Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Location: Vishweshwara Layout, Bengaluru
Project: Residential Construction
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for a residential project.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil works and labour.
- Ensure execution as per structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor quality, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Track site progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain basic site records and daily progress reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant residential construction experience.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and independently manage site activities.
