A Collection Executive recovers overdue payments and outstanding debts from customers while following legal and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Debt Recovery: Contact customers with overdue accounts via calls, emails, messages, or field visits to collect pending dues.
- Negotiation: Work with clients to set up practical payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.
