Site Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, work allocation, and site discipline.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan and monitor daily material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage.
• Track site machinery, equipment, and vehicle usage and maintain daily records.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material supply and timely completion of work.
• Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Identify site issues, delays, and material requirements and report them to management.
• Maintain records of labour, materials, equipment, measurements, and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with the accounts/procurement team for material bills, contractor bills, and payment-related information.
