Counter Sales Executive – Khadi Silk & Sarees

Location: Jantha Bazaar, KG Road, Bengaluru

We are looking for a well-mannered, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to join our team at our saree showroom.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting sarees, fabrics, and other products according to their preferences.
• Must speak Kannada fluently and communicate confidently with customers.
• Explain product details, fabric quality, designs, and pricing.
• Handle counter sales, customer enquiries, and sales transactions.
• Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock, arrange sarees, and assist with inventory.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic sales records.
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Kannada.
• Basic knowledge of sarees, textiles, and fabrics preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or counter sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and presentable.
• Friendly personality with good customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Details

Position: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates

Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
