Job Type: Full-time 6 days/week, 1 Weekly Off on week days

​Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Party Propz. In this role, you will interact with customers, guide them on our party decoration products, assist with sales, and handle daily store counter operations including billing and inventory tracking.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Customer Interaction: Welcome customers into the store, understand their celebration/party needs, and suggest relevant party props, theme decorations, and accessories.

​Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain features, themes, and uses of various party decoration items to help customers make buying decisions.

​Billing & Payments: Operate the POS counter, accurately process cash and digital payment transactions, and issue receipts.

​Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain and log accurate daily opening and closing stock counts to prevent shortages or discrepancies.

​Store Upkeep: Ensure the display counter and retail area are clean, organized, and properly stocked.

​Requirements:

​Prior retail or counter sales experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

​Basic arithmetic skills and familiarity with POS billing systems / payment collection.

​Enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable.

​Work Schedule:

​1st Shift Female - 10am to 7pm

2nd Shift Male - 1pm to 10pm
