Job Description
Customer Acquisition Executive – Field Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned areas and identify potential applicators/customers.
- Onboard new applicators and build a strong customer network.
- Promote the app and drive app installations and registrations.
- Explain app features, benefits, offers, and usage to customers.
- Generate first orders and encourage repeat orders through regular follow-ups.
- Follow up with onboarded applicators to improve engagement and order conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements and market needs.
- Conduct BTL activities, field promotions, and local market awareness campaigns.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, customer feedback, and local market trends.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, app installation records, orders, and sales updates.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and sales targets.
