Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with loan-related queries and financial services.
Provide accurate information about Toyota Finance products and services.
Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Good communication skills in English and one regional language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service experience is an added advantage.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication.
Problem-solving ability.
Customer-focused attitude.
MS Office basics.
Team player with positive attitude.
