Customer Support Executive – Voice ProcessCustomer Support Executive – Voice Process
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in a BPO/voice process environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined timelines.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during customer interactions.
Record and update customer details and call information in the system.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Skills & Eligibility
🎓 Qualification: PUC / Graduation
🗣️ Languages: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
📞 Process: Inbound / Outbound Voice Process
💻 Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/system applications
🤝 Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
Salary
Experienced Candidates: ₹2.9 LPA / Approx. ₹18,676 Take-home
CTC: Up to ₹24,496 as applicable
Freshers: ₹17,500 Take-home
