Customer Relation Managment

We’re hiring a dynamic and organized CRM Executive – Real Estate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the sales and post-sales process. You will coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of customer requirements, including documentation, agreements, registrations, payments, and property handovers. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM systems, preparing reports, tracking leads and follow-ups, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. Previous experience in real estate or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
