Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Purchase Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely procurement, maintaining cost efficiency, and coordinating with project and site teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction and real estate projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Source construction materials, equipment, tools, and other project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with site, project, accounts, and management teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement as per project schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers when required.
• Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, pending materials, and vendor payments.
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Verify vendor invoices, quotations, and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, vendor details, and procurement transactions.
• Handle vendor negotiations and resolve delivery, quality, and pricing issues.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and provide updates to management.
