About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing activities.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and properly maintained.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or customer-facing roles.

• Basic cash handling and POS knowledge.
• Fashion-conscious and technology-savvy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
