Job Description

Job Role:

To welcome customers, understand their needs, help them choose the right products and provide good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Support customers in product selection and purchase.
  • Arrange and display products neatly.
  • Ensure shelves and display areas are clean and organized.
  • Check product availability and inform the Store Manager when stock is required.
  • Support billing and packing when required.
  • Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
  • Support stock checking and other store activities.

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates
