Job DescriptionWe are urgently hiring experienced professionals for Domestic BPO Voice Process – Sales & Customer Service.

Candidates must have prior experience in handling domestic inbound/outbound calls, customer queries, sales conversions or service-related interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound domestic customer calls.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and service requests.
• Promote products and services through effective communication.
• Generate leads, pitch products and achieve sales targets.
• Convert potential customers into successful sales.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and professional relationships.
• Meet assigned performance, quality and productivity targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaRelevant Domestic BPO Voice Process experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to meet performance and process targets.
