Job Description

Role Overview

Customer Service Executive will support day-to-day store operations while delivering excellent customer experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail sales, billing, inventory management, and overall store coordination. The trainee will work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

 Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information on products and promotions

 Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

 Manage billing and cashiering operations with accuracy

 Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly

 Assist in stock replenishment and product placement as per visual merchandising guidelines

 Support inventory management and periodic stock audits

 Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards within the store

 Assist with basic accounts-related documentation and reporting
