We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Voice Process who can deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution of customer queries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer concerns, queries, and requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with queries related to Vahak's products, services, and processes.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
• Record and update customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
• Follow up with customers wherever required and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team/manager.
• Meet defined call quality, productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to company processes, policies, and customer service standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, BPO, contact centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Hindi and Kannada are mandatory.
• Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.

Compensation & BenefitsTake-home salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Additional: Shift Allowance* + Performance Incentives*
