💼 Job Type: Full-Time
⏰ Shift Timings:
* Females: Morning 6: am to After noon 3:00 pm
* Males: Morning 7: am to night 12:00am (any 9 hours shift)
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries through voice calls
* Resolve customer concerns with accurate information
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards
* Record customer interactions accurately in the system
* Follow company processes and achieve performance targets
🔹 Required Skills:
* Good communication skills in English + Tamil (or) English + Kannada
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer handling and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
🗣️ Languages Required: English + Tamil (or) English + Kannada
💰 Salary & Benefits:
* ₹20,000 CTC (Same for Experienced and Freshers)
* ₹16,000 Take Home
* ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus (Every 3 Months)
