Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare products/services. • Explain service features, benefits, pricing, and applicable terms clearly. • Handle customer queries and objections professionally. • Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion. • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/system. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Build positive customer relationships and provide a good customer experience. • Coordinate with internal teams for appointment booking, service activation, or order fulfilment. • Follow the defined sales process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
