• Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of products to stores.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, challans, and shipment records.
• Verify product quantities and quality before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth operations.
• Track vehicle movement and monitor delivery schedules.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices during dispatch operations.
• Maintain dispatch registers and update records in ERP/Excel.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Good understanding of stock handling and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• QualificationAny Graduate / PUC.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or store operations.
