Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of battery swapping stations within the assigned cluster.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of station related issues.
- Maintain a minimum 95% uptime for each Battery Swapping Station under your cluster.
- Continuously monitor station performance and address any downtime issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits of battery health, infrastructure, and electricity consumption, ensuring all data is accurately documented.
- Submit timely audit reports to the central team for analysis and corrective actions.
- Optimize battery transfer logistics across stations based on utilization and demand.
- Work closely with the logistics team to implement cost-effective, timely transfers.
- Carry out regular surveys and feedback sessions with riders, especially those using fleet-operated vehicles.
- Capture and relay information on vehicle performance, operational issues, and rider satisfaction to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Maintain consistent communication with fleet operators to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance coordination, and rider support.
