Job Description
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate new business through corporate events, weddings, birthdays, parties and institutional clients.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with every qualified lead.
Develop repeat business and referral opportunities.
Understand customer requirements, budget and event expectations.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
Negotiate professionally while protecting company margins.
Ensure proper handover of confirmed events to the operations team.
