- Team Leader: ₹40,000 Fixed Monthly Salary + Incentives
- 🎯 Monthly Sales TargetMonthly target: 6 EDC/POS machines
- Focus on merchant acquisition and new business onboarding.
- Team Leader will guide the sales team and monitor target achievement.
📌 Job OverviewBharatPe is hiring Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders for EDC card swipe machine and POS machine sales in Bangalore. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for FSE positions. Candidates with field sales experience and leadership skills can apply for the Team Leader position.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell BharatPe EDC card swipe machines and POS payment solutions.
- Visit shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, medical stores, and retail outlets.
- Generate leads and acquire new merchants.
- Explain POS machine features and digital payment benefits.
- Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Build relationships with shop owners and business customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
- Additional Responsibilities – Team LeaderLead, motivate, and manage the field sales team.
- Guide team members in merchant acquisition and POS machine sales.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Track monthly targets and sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving business goals.
- Eligibility CriteriaFSE: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- TL: Minimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience; team-handling experience preferred.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence as required for the role.
