Smollan India is hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Junior Sales Officer (JSO) / Contract Relationship Officer (CRO) for the JSW Dulux Limited business.

The role involves field sales, dealer/retailer visits, relationship management, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities Visit assigned retail shops, dealers, and distributors on a daily basis.
• Promote Dulux products and generate sales in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports through a mobile app or reporting system.
• Coordinate with supervisors and distributors for smooth business operations.
• Eligibility Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, FMCG, paints, building materials, telecom, or related industries.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
