Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Role Summary:
1.Field Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting Paytm products and services, maintaining merchant relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new merchants and onboard them onto the Paytm EDC platform.
2. Conduct on-ground sales activities to promote Paytm's EDC products and services to potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets for merchant acquisition and transaction volumes.
5. Provide product demonstrations and training to merchants on using Paytm's payment solutions.
6. Gather market intelligence and competitor feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
7. Handle merchant queries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for merchants.
9. Stay updated with Paytm's product offerings and industry trends in digital payments.
10. Represent Paytm professionally in all interactions with merchants and stakeholders.
