Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with FMCG/F&B experience to drive B2B sales and bulk orders from corporates, hotels, restaurants, and institutions for our products and Gift Hampers. This person should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Preferably speak Hindi, Kannada and English languages. This is a target-oriented job

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with corporate, hotel, and institutional decision-makers.
• Generate leads and secure bulk orders and corporate business.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Build relationships with procurement, HR, administration, and purchase teams.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders.
• Requirements3+ years of experience in FMCG, F&B, or B2B sales.
• Existing contacts with corporates/hotels preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular travel.
• Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Self-motivated with strong deal-closing skills.
