Job Title: Google Pay / UPI Support Executive – Part Time
Job Type: Part-time
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with Google Pay/UPI payment-related queries.
Help users understand basic payment and transaction processes.
Resolve common issues related to payments, refunds, and transactions.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction information.
Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone or chat.
Follow company guidelines and protect customer information.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Google Pay and UPI.
Good communication skills.
Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently.
