Job Summary

Responsible for generating personal loan leads, understanding customer financial requirements, explaining suitable loan options, and coordinating the application process from initial enquiry to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through customer references, telecalling, digital channels, and business networks.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and applicable charges accurately.
• Collect customer consent and coordinate the collection of required documents.
• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks before initiating an application.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for login, approval, and disbursement.
• Follow up on pending applications and keep customers informed about application status.
• Maintain daily lead, login, approval, and disbursement reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality and ethical sales practices.
