Location: Different locations in Bangalore
Years of exp: 1yrs to 6yrs
Education: 10th Std & Above
Notice Period: Immediate - 1 Month
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, VIPs, and customers with warmth and professionalism.
Handling Inquiries: Provide clear information about property amenities, local area attractions, and services.
Resolving Issues: Listen actively to guest concerns and solve routine problems or complaints quickly and with empathy.
Coordinating with Teams: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff to manage room status or special requests.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, manage daily reports, and record customer feedback or interactions.
