Gymnastics Coach

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, responsible, and passionate Gymnastics Coach to conduct gymnastics training sessions for children.

The coach will be responsible for teaching age-appropriate gymnastics skills while ensuring children’s safety, discipline, fitness, and overall development.

• Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gymnastics classes for children across different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach basic gymnastics movements, flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and body control.
• Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate training sessions.
• Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down during every session.
• Focus on correct technique and safe execution of gymnastics movements.
• Monitor each child's progress and provide individual guidance where required.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress when required.
• Participate in demonstrations, events, competitions, and FitCubs activities.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Follow FitCubs' safety, operational, and coaching standards.

• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach / Kids Sports Coach preferred.
• Certification in gymnastics, sports, physical education, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, patient, responsible, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong understanding of basic gymnastics techniques and safety.
• Ability to manage and engage a group of children effectively.
