 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Trainer to join our team. As a General Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering group fitness classes, providing fitness guidance to members, and supporting the overall success of the fitness department.

 Key Responsibilities

 1. Group Fitness Classes: Deliver high-energy group fitness classes, including cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. 

2. Fitness Guidance: Provide fitness guidance to members, including workout planning, exercise technique, and goal setting. 

3. Floor Support: Support the fitness floor, answering member questions, and providing assistance with equipment usage. 

4. Class Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare group fitness classes, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and challenging experience for members. 

5. Member Engagement: Engage with members, promoting fitness services, and encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals.

 Requirements 

1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in fitness, exercise science, or a related field. 

2. Certification is mandatory.

3. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer. 

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate members.

5. Fitness Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fitness principles, including exercise technique, program design, and safety guidelines.
