Job Description:

We are Hiring for the position of HR Executive (Work-from-office)

Female candidates only

Immediate joiners preferred

Must be fluent in Kannda, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and HR operations

Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are working).

Working Timings: 9.30AM to 5.30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and update HRMS/HRIS portals.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related queries.
• Support HR compliance and salary-related coordination as per company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and recruitment reports.
• Track hiring targets, candidate applications, interview attendance, and joining status.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams across multiple locations.
• Assist in employee training, process guidance, and performance tracking.
