- HR Executive : Job Description
- Gender : Male
- Location: Bangalore \ HSR LAYOUT
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Manage campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
