Job Description
Languages Mandatory: Kannada and English
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, LOP, and employee working records.
- Implement and communicate company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate probation confirmations and performance reviews.
- Assist with warning letters, PIPs, disciplinary matters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and LOP data.
- Manage employee resignation, notice period, clearance, and exit formalities.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- Support management in developing and improving HR processes.
