Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive – End-to-End HR Operation
Location: Garudachar Palya, Bengaluru
Experience:1–4 Years
Salary:₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage complete HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR activities and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and shift management.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
- Manage PF, ESI, PT and statutory compliance.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS and reports.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement activities.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and joining formalities.
- Manage performance appraisals and HR policies.
Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- Experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, PF and ESI.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
