Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Source and screen candidates from different job portals and social platforms.
* Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
* Maintain candidate database in respective trackers and follow-up with the candidates till closure.
Required Skills
* Good communication in English (Also knows Hindi and Any One of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment process
* Networking and candidate sourcing ability through multiple channels like Campus hirings etc.
* Confidence in handling both candidates and clients
*Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
* Ability to work independently
The candidates must be willing to work in Office for 5 days in a week and preferably residing near to Job location and to be able to commute on their own and need Immediate Joiners.
We also need Video Editors as well who are experienced.
